Fees & Deposit:
$12,000.00 for 400 people or less and $25.00 per person thereafter. 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking. The balance plus an additional refundable security deposit are due ten days prior to your event.
All service providers must be insured to perform services on the property. Proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000.00 policy) is also required ten days prior to your event
The Garden Setting is an outdoor facility; events can be held year round, however, tenting may be advisable during the colder months (December through March).
Four permanent restrooms on premises. For larger groups additional restroom facilities can be brought in.
A changing area is available to the bride and her attendants prior to the ceremony and/or reception.
Partial lighting is available, however, additional lighting is required for night time events.
Up to 2,000 guests.
Valet service is required (extra fee), Premiere Valet Parking, ask us for the rate sheet.
Security is required (extra fee), Sandman Security, ask us for rate sheet.
Music must be turned off by midnight.
