The first ever Malibu Ice wine! This Semler Dessert wine contains Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Semler estate in the Saddle Rock – Malibu AVA that were flash frozen for 10 days and then slowly basket pressed for over 20 hours. This wine has a nose of candied pecan and brioche with core flavors of apricot and wild honey on the palate. With a residual sugar of 14%, this wine will surely satisfy any sweet tooth and perfectly pairs with desserts like crème brule or fruit pie. Only 220 cases were produced, so be sure to enjoy our ice wine before it is sold out.
