SITE
RENTAL INFORMATION
Event Capacity:
Up to 5,000 guests.
Fees & Deposit:
- $10,000.00 for 400 people or less and $25.00 per person thereafter
- 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking
- The balance plus an additional $1,000.00 refundable security deposit
are due ten days prior to your event
Insurance:
All service providers must be insured to perform services on the
property. Proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000.00 policy) is
also required ten days prior to your event.
Availability:
The Garden Setting is an outdoor facility; events can be held year
round, however, tenting may be advisable during the colder months
(December through March).
Restrooms:
Four permanent restrooms on premises. For larger groups additional
restroom facilities
can be brought in.
Changing Area:
A changing area is available to the bride and her attendants prior
to the ceremony and/or reception.
Lighting:
Partial lighting is available, however, additional lighting is
recommended for night time events.
Parking:
Valet service is required (extra fee); We will coordinate this
with you.
Security:
Security is required (extra fee); We will coordinate this for
you.
Music:
No noise restrictions.
