Cancellations

We are sad to see you go! Membership cancellations can be made any time by submitting a cancellation request. Upon requesting a cancellation, your member benefits will end immediately. Should you wish to skip a club order or put your account on hold, please let us know!

*A two order minimum is required. A $100 fee will be applied for early wine club cancellations.

Returns

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please contact us at customercare@malibufamilywines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
