As a member of The Wine Club, you can take advantage of our dollar for dollar point system, discounts on wine purchases, discounts at participating tasting rooms and Malibu Wine Hikes, exclusive member events and wine releases.
There is no membership fee, you just pay for the wines you want! You must purchase a minimum of 3 bottles of wine each shipment.
Wine club members earn a point for every dollar they spend on wine bottle purchases through Malibu Family Wines. You can order online or through a club representative.
Points can be redeemed at participating tasting rooms. They can be used to cover the cost of glasses and flights of both Saddlerock wines and beers on tap. One dollar = one point.
Unfortunately, we are limited to shipping within California. Please make sure to have a valid California address to ship your wines to.
A one shipment minimum is required when joining the club (after your sign up order). To cancel your membership, you may either give us a call at 818-579-2455 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations can only be made through email or phone and must be done at least 24-hours before your processing date. When cancellation occurs, all member benefits will end at that time.
We get it! Life gets in the way, please contact us and we will work with you. Unfortunately, we are not able to put a membership on hold indefinitely.
Membership benefits are extended to the card holder only. The member name and card holder are to be the same person.

Yes, you can! We have two locations to pick up your wines: Malibu Wines & Beer Garden, and the Malibu Family Wines corporate office in Agoura Hills.
If your shipment gets returned back to us, you have the option of picking up your shipment from one of our locations, including your wines in your next shipment at no charge, or re-shipping your wines immediately with a fee. We always reccommend creating a Fedex Delivery Manager account to get shipping updates, make changes and contact Fedex directly. Please note, we hold returned shipments for 90-days from the returned date.
If you receive a leaking or bad bottle, please give us a call at 818-579-2455 and we will happily replace your damaged bottle. You may also take your bottle to our tasting room and we will be happy to exchange it for you.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product.
